Use of Lawpatra is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your email and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current. All account holders must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized use.

2. Free & Paid Content Access

Our Service offers a combination of free and paid courses, quizzes, test series, and study materials. To access any content — whether free or paid — users must be registered and logged in. Paid content requires full payment before access is granted. We retain the right to modify the pricing structure, payment methods, or availability of any content at our discretion, with prior notice wherever feasible.

Paid content purchases are strictly non-refundable. We encourage users to review course details and terms before making any purchase. Free content can be accessed or removed at any time without liability on our part.

3. Account Usage Policy

Each user account is intended for individual use only—sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. In cases where credential sharing is detected or suspected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without notice or refund. Users who require multiple logins (e.g., family members) must create individual accounts.

4. Downloadable Reports & Personal Data

Lawpatra allows users to download their personal test reports, summary analytics, and performance history. This data is for personal use only and must not be redistributed, published, or used for commercial gain. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your personal test results; however, we do retain ownership over the platform’s design and generated analytics components.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content available on our platform — including but not limited to questions, answers, explanations, videos, PDFs, app design, and data analytics — is owned by Lawpatra Private Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are expressly prohibited from copying, distributing, publishing, reverse engineering, sublicensing, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action or criminal liability.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Disrupt or interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of the Service;
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or manipulate the Service;
• Upload or share harassing, vulgar, defamatory, or obscene content;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments for paid content on Lawpatra are processed securely via Razorpay, and are final and non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable laws. We do not store your payment method or card information. Should there be any billing error or fraud, please contact us within 48 hours to request a refund. Any such refunds are at our sole discretion and contingent on law compliance.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Lawpatra strives to provide accurate and useful study materials, AI-powered analytics, and performance insights. However, Lawpatra does not guarantee any particular exam result, grade, or outcome. Your use of the Service and reliance on our materials is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Lawpatra be liable for:

• Any direct, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Any disruption of exams or career progression;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Lawpatra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

10. Termination

Lawpatra may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users. Upon termination, you must cease using the Service, and any downloaded materials or reports become invalid for further use under these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree that the High Court of Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claims or disputes. Both parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court.

12. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Service or emailing you. Changes become effective 30 days after posting, unless stated otherwise. Continued use after any subsequent modifications indicates acceptance of those changes.
